Meet our Staff
David Girvan
Managing Director
Before taking over the business, David Girvan worked for DCC Energy as their Commercial Manager for 15 years and is responsible for the day to day running of Ian Martin Fuels. Outside of work he enjoys reading, sport and music.
Deborah Girvan
Marketing Director
Deborah works part-time and is responsible for marketing and developing online sales through the Ian Martin Fuels website. Before joining IMF she worked for the Northern Ireland Council for Integrated Education as their Communications and Lobbying Manager. Her interests include golf, politics, writing, cooking, integrated education and travelling to New York occasionally to visit her daughter, son-in-law and grandson.
Lyndsey Martin
Office Manager
Lyndsey is responsible for managing the office, taking telephone orders, processing the oil tickets and customer service. She has been working at Ian Martin Fuels for 14 years and knows the business inside out. Her interests include music, films, cars and twittering on Facebook.
John Cowan
Lorry Driver
Before joining the company in October 2008 as a full-time lorry driver, John worked for Robert Hart Memorials. His oil delivery areas include Belfast, Lisburn, Hillsborough, Antrim, Crumlin and North Down. His interests include football, cars and making money!
Andrew Brown
Lorry Driver
Before joining the company in December 2008, Andrew was a painter and decorator. He delivers oil to Lisburn, Moira, Dromore, Lurgan, Portadown, Waringstown, Armagh, and Banbridge. His interests include going to the cinema and spending time with his two young children.
